about

This album is my 2nd solo album with friends helping along the way. This is a compilation of the best of 2011-2013. This year was a bit of a game changer getting the GarageBand app on my phone. It allowed me to be portable like no other time before. I recorded 70 percent of the album outside of my home at coffee shops, bars, and in public parks. It was so liberating. I have over 20 guests featured on this album. That is the way I prefer to do it, in order to show off my friends and gain inspiration from them along the way. I am an eclectic artist. There are only a few songs in the same genre, before I switch it up again. I am pretty ADD when it comes to writing and have a thirst for new sounds, and genres. This album represents my musical exploration amongst many of my sonic interests. There are so many genres on this album I've enjoyed for years ranging from Jazz Fusion, Funk, Hip Hop, Indian, Old Blues, Noise, R&B, Bluegrass, Jungle, Tribal World Fusion, 60's and 70's Rock, Egyptian, EDM, Electronica, Celtic, Punk, African, Post Rock, Math Rock, as well as genres new to me in the past two years, like Glitch Hop, Microfunk, UK Garage, and Liquid Funk Drum n' Bass which became new passions of mine, which I tried to represent on this album. Enjoy the journey. Thanks for taking time to listen.

He loves playing out of time signatures and keys as it can be limiting. He takes you on a journey around the world through various genres he fancies and loves to play.
