This song came about because I asked my friend Gen to collaborate with me. I asked that she would do some poetry over top of a song. She requested and challenged me that I write a song with Cello and Tabla in it. Otherwise there were no rules. Unfortunately, her busy schedule conflicted with laying down the vocals. However, I would have never went in this direction if it weren't for her suggestion of instrumentation. I combined my passion for Indian music, Glitch, and Classical with some Tom Morello style flare guitar solo at the end.
