about

I wrote this after sampling Scott Taylor with drum triggers while staying over at his house. He took me up to the roof top to show me his fantastic roof top garden inspired by the gardening excellence of Antony John. It was so cool to see how Scott's roof contrast to all of the other drab rooftops in his whole neighbourhood. I was really into glitch hop at the time and and thought my album would not be complete without a glitch hop song. One the outro, Scott aggressive drumming created a little bit of noise on the track. I opted to keep it, as it had a noisy percussive quality of a turntablist. 105 BPM, this is one of my favourites for its fun factor and beautiful inspiration.
